I love purchasing meat from Circle C. I am allergic to all grain. If an animal is fed grain, it passes through the meat and affects me. I can trust that I can safely eat what I get from Circle C. Now if shipping Costs didn't kill me, I would buy more often but I gotta support my fellow ginger 😉

Flavor is terrific on your ground lamb. I tried something new this time though. I stopped eating pork some years ago and still miss breakfast sausage. Lamb typically has a lot of fat so on these two patties I spiced them up with what I thought might net me something that tastes a bit like a spicy breakfast sausage….. OMG…. With the home made cream biscuits we had a serious win!

I marinaded in garlic,olive oil and s&p then sauteed with pasture butter. Served with asparagus. E-Z!

Delicious flavor
The only kind of ham steak I will eat from now on. Simmered it slowly in some pineapple juice the first time, then with a little maple syrup the second time. Tastes like a cross between pork and ham. Can tell this is higher quality. Wish Circle C also had an even thicker cut of ham steak or half ham, etc.

Chicken Breast Strips vs Chicken Tenders
We love chicken tenders but decided to try the chicken breast strips. The strips cooked up fabulous in the skillet, and it seemed there was more meat! Loved them!
